Our investor clients want us to be sure that your time with us meets your expectations and that you will refer friends to us as other properties become available.
Tenants has access to our COZY page to pay their lease payments electronically. We will continue to build out our site incorporating the latest technology to make being a tenant of Gulf Coast Property Management as effortless as possible. You will be able to do the following:
- Report a leak or other maintenance issue.
- Make lease payments electronically
- Review your lease
- Request a lease renewal
- Make changes to your original application
- Submit a new application
- Report issues with neighbors or other non-maintenance concerns
