Please contact us for available properties. Our tenants are required to use an online application process which includes a background check. Monthly lease payments must be made electronically or deposited into the bank, we do not accept cash or payments directly.
All of our properties are very well maintained. We only work with investors who are willing to repair items that require it at the time they need maintenance. As a tenant, you can be assured that when you contact us about an issue, we will respond promptly and have it repaired.
