Our Director of Client Services, Christie Logan, has more than ten years of experience working in the property management business. She has managed individual properties as well as large apartment complexes. Her expertise ensures that our clients receive excellent attention that their properties will remain in good condition and that vacancy rates remain low.
At the same time, our tenants are important as well. Our client investors understand the value of quality tenants and that those tenants will remain in their units as long as the property is well maintained and their needs are met. Our agreements with both investors and tenants permit us to provide both with excellent service. The end result is that our clients maximize their earning potential and our tenants receive real value for their lease payments.
